What should I do if I receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item?
We carefully examine all our shipping and packaging procedures; however, if you happen to receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or if your order is incomplete, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Be sure to include photos in your email to copprbar@gmail.com, and we will take care of the issue.
- Copprbar strives to provide its customers with an excellent shopping experience to enrich their lives. Once products are opened or used, they cannot be reused or resold, so returns are not permitted after delivery.
- Our products are made with active natural extracts and ingredients; any damage caused by neglect, improper use, or incorrect application will not be covered under this policy. This policy also does not account for reactions related to specific sensitivities to a product or ingredient, and we recommend conducting patch tests as advised on every product.
Refund Policy
- Copprbar is not liable for any damage that occurs after the products have been delivered.
- For claims regarding missing items, leakage, breakage, or damage to the incorrect product, an unboxing video showing the original packaging is required.
- To request a refund, please reach out to our customer care at +919366015511 or email us at copprbar@gmail.com with the necessary images and videos related to your claim, using “Refund For” as the subject line.
- If a package appears tampered with, damaged, or defective, please refuse delivery from the delivery partner immediately.
- If your order indicates it has been delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out to our customer care team at +919366015511 within three days from the delivery date. Refunds will not be issued after this timeframe.
- Refund amounts do not include delivery charges, as they are non-refundable by delivery partners.
- Claims for refunds must be made within 24 hours of delivery with the required details mentioned above.
- If approved, refunds may take up to 15 days to be credited from the date Copprbar accepts the refund request.
- Copprbar will provide all relevant details along with the transaction ID once the refund process has begun.
Return Policy
- In severe cases of product damage during delivery (such as leakage, breakage, or missing items) due to transit, a refund or exchange can be initiated after a thorough review of the refund policy.
- Customers should contact our customer care within 24-48 hours if they receive a damaged, broken, or leaked product.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel orders before they are dispatched from our warehouses. A cancellation fee of 2.5% will apply to your order.
- Refunds for paid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 15 days of approving the cancellation.
- Once orders have been dispatched from the warehouses, they cannot be cancelled. If a prepaid order is returned to the seller after shipping, a fee of Rs. 75 will be deducted.
